You agree that all information provided by you in the registration is true and accurate, and that you are the person listed in the registration.  If you and your company do not agree with these terms, you may not use, and must immediately exit from, this Site.

All material contained on the Site, unless otherwise indicated, is confidential and owned by Real-Time Vision or its licensors. The material is protected by copyright, trade secret, and/or trademark laws. You may not use Real-Time Vision’s logos, trademarks, service marks, and copyrighted material displayed on this Site for any purpose other than as expressly allowed by your NDA or other written agreement with Real-Time Vision.

You agree to use the Site only for the purpose of supporting the Real-Time Vision product(s) you have purchased. You are permitted to make copies of the information and materials provided on the Site for your company’s internal use only. You may not share or distribute any information from the Site (whether in whole, part, or summary form) to anyone outside of your company.

You may be able to download from this Site software or other material that is owned by Real-Time Vision or other parties. Real-Time Vision provides all such material only under a written license agreement.
